This Privacy Policy governs your experience in our brick & mortar store and on this website unless otherwise indicated.

Categories of Information We Collect

We collect personal information when communicating or interacting with you through haydenandhalle.com or in our store.  Personal Information is any information that we can use to identify, locate, or contact you. Some examples of Personal Information we collect include:

when you request that merchandise be sent to you or others, make purchases or returns with us, place an order with us online, via phone, mail, email or request an e-receipt

  • fulfilling orders you place and delivering packages

  • requesting a catalog or other content and communications from us or when offering recommendations to you

  • subscribing to haydenandhalle.com  Email Updates (our email newsletter) or other communications from us or managing your preferences with us

  • enrolling for a Rewards account and participating in the Rewards program

  • your Financial Account numbers when transacting with us

  • interacting with our websites and other online services

  • transaction information about how you interact with us such as purchase history, customer account information, computer and mobile device information and push notification services you request

  • general location information from your browser or device (which we use for internal purposes, such as foot traffic analysis)

In Store Credit Card and Debit Transactions are done using the Square Program.

Security at Square

To protect Square account holders and their customers, all information that is submitted to Square is encrypted to Square's servers, regardless of whether you're using a public or private WiFi connection or a data service on your phone (such as 3G, 4G or EDGE). Square complies with all required PCI standards.  Square  will never sell information to third party vendors. Hayden & Halle will never sell or give information to third party vendors.

Square protects its systems with industry-leading technology and security controls, including:

  • Square performs data encryption within the card reader at the moment of swipe.

  • Square’s software is developed using industry-standard security best practices.

  • Square’s servers are monitored around the clock by dedicated security staff.

  • Square’s employees act in accordance with security policies designed to keep your data safe.

Square  is PCI compliant.   Hayden & Halle processes all information through Square and does not store or save any information.  The only information that is saved is by choice of the customer, if they choose to provide a telephone number or e-mail address for their receipt.  In this case, the e-mail addresses are saved and may be added to an e-mail list for hayden & halle use only.  The only materials hayden & halle would send is future promotions, monthly newsletter, and in store events.  

All Internet Sales are through Stripe Credit Card Processing.

All transactions are secure and encrypted, and we never store your credit card information. Payments are processed through Stripe. Payment information is also governed by Stripe's privacy policy..

Stripe collects information in three ways: (1) when you provide it directly to us, (2) when we obtain verification information about you or your company through trusted third parties (e.g. banks, credit bureaus), and (3) passively through technology such as “cookies”. The types of information that we collect and our use of that information will 

Stripe will gather and store your payment card information, your email address, your mobile phone number, and billing and shipping address. We will use this information to complete purchases that you choose to make at www.haydenandhalle.com.   We may also share your contact information, but not your card information, with merchants as part of your purchases. Hayden & Halle uses this information for shipping purchases and e-mail subscriber list.  We will not share this information with other third parties except as a necessary part of providing our Website and Services. 

The Stripe Payments, is a payment service that accepts credit and debit card payments online. 

Cookies, Web Beacons, and Other Similar Technologies

Our website uses "cookies".   We use cookies and tags to identify your device, provide website user authentication, conduct fraud prevention and management services, distinguish you from other visitors, record your IP address and understand your use of our site, and identify the name of the Web site from which you linked to hayden & halle.  A cookie is a small data file that is placed on the hard drive of your computer when you visit a website.
